Easy Safety School
OSHA Outreach training is being mandated by more states each year, and I feel it will not be long before it is required nationwide. It is currently required in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, and Rhode Island. Fortunately, these courses are available in many convenient forms that will suit you or your business
For mid-sized companies, it still might make sense to go with an onsite training method, but they have the benefit of choosing, if convenient, an online OSHA school. Most online safety schools offer a discount for group enrollment which can make online certification a smart choice. Another benefit of online schools is they provide temporary printable certificates to help you get your workforce back in action.
For larger companies, it makes sense to hire an onsite instructor to teach an entire workforce at once. The benefit of these types of learning environments include a single instructor cost, a low to no cost individual fee, and a unified learning environment.
We may not know whether or not OSHA courses will be required in every state, but where it is required there are easy and convenient ways of getting certified and staying compliant.
